Arrivals
Upon arrival, claim your baggage and call dispatch from any touch-tone public phone @ toll
free number. The Dispatcher will ask your name and reservation number. The dispatcher will then tell you what door to
go out. To help you find your vehicle, you will be given a vehicle description with its license plate number. Midway
airport regulations require taxi vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger, so
it may take anywhere from 5-10 minutes for the car to reach you.

Departures
Please make a reservation for the trip to/from airport. Reservations can be made by calling 24 hours
toll free hotline number. For airport departures we recommend 24 hours prior reservations. However, last minute orders
are as well considered upon availability of cars as soon as possible
